3 x 1.5 hr sessions 

In this course you will learn this simple meditation technique and receive all the support and information for you to create an independent daily practice...for life. 

SESSION ONE: Learning the technique and its benefits.

SESSION TWO: Practicing and creating a daily meditation habit.

SESSION THREE: Understanding the mind and how meditation enhances energy levels, self awareness, fulfilment and support a life in flow.

 

*no prior Yoga or meditation experience is necessary

*participants are welcome to resit the course with Irene free of charge for the first year.
