Modern life leads to the build up of fatigue, stress and tension in the body and mind. This immersion will support you to dissolve the unconscious weight of what you have been carrying.
Combining lunar and restorative yoga, grounding breath work and the practice of guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), this experience has been crafted to explore how we can create the conditions for ultimate release for body, mind and beyond.

WEEKEND STRUCTURE: FULL IMMERSION
This full weekend immersion into rest is crafted for deeper understanding, embodied direct experience and an opportunity to reflect on the unique practices that support you or others who you may share the practices with.
Explore the spectrum from grounding hatha to restorative yoga and the ultimate rest practice, Yoga Nidra. Study to understand how we create the conditions for ultimate rest in the nervous system and understand the Yogic technology of restorative practice.
