The dynamic nature of life can lead to the build up of fatigue, stress and tension in the body and mind. This immersion supports you by inviting you to gather yourself back from all you give your energy to. Dissolve the unconscious weight of what you have been carrying, bolster yourself with restorative yogic methodology and learn how to create the conditions for rest and recovery.
Combining lunar hatha and restorative yoga, grounding breath work + meditation and the practice of guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), this experience has been crafted for embodied exploration how we can create the conditions for ultimate release for body, mind and beyond.

Eligible for 30hrs of continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance International and can be contributed to 300hr certification with The Bridge School

The 3 days of beyond rest took me into catharsis, deep rest followed by rejuvenation. The space held by Irene and the participants felt so safe that every part of me felt seen and supported allowing for the release I needed but did not know was on the surface. The practices were gentle yet so potent. I took away some incredible learnings as a student of yoga and deepened my understanding of how to truely support my students towards transformation as a teacher.
