I am an Integrative Physiotherapist specialising in chronic and mental health focused care. I am passionate about person centred carer by empowering not just how you move but to create a pathway towards embodying your whole self.

I have spent 18 years in integrative Physiotherapy and my clinical work focuses on the support of invisible chronic illness, chronic pain, hypermobility and providing body based support for those living with trauma. 

I also draws from many years as a yoga facilitator/therapist and mental health/clinical educator, which has taken me across Australia and internationally.  

I believe ‘we can’t do it alone’ & acknowledge environmental, systemic & intersectional factors on individual health experiences. This drives my passion for providing inclusive, respectful & compassionate care.


 

I specialise in supporting:

People living with the ongoing effects of chronic stress, pain and invisible illness.

Including:

  • Body based support, capacity building and embodiment for trauma, mental health challenges and neurodiversity .

  • Hypermobility - Particularly Craniocervical instability (CCI), Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD)

  • Chronic pain (Particularly Headache, neck and back pain)

  • Dysautonomia and burnout Myalgic

  • Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)

  • Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)

  • Syncope and Presyncope

  • Injuries from Yoga practice
