THE BRIDGE SCHOOL 200 Hour training is a unique course anchored in the teachings of Traditional Hatha Yoga that invites any dedicated student of Yoga to build a powerful personal practice from which they can lead others skilfully and authentically.
We are passionate about igniting the fire of inspiration that can only truly come from your own lived experience of Yoga and Meditation.
This training will provide you with a deep understanding of Hatha Yoga, it’s history, philosophy and practice as tools to harness human potential and live a more conscious and connected life.
This training provides a rare opportunity to truly understand the needs of your own personal practice as a system for enhancing your awareness, personal power and purposeful action.
The paced structure of the training allows you to digest and integrate the teachings over several months before travelling to Rishikesh India, to truly understand and honour the roots of this practice whilst experiences the potency of sacred sites found there.

Irene Ais is a master facilitator, teacher trainer and Integrative Physiotherapist with more than 20 years experience in Yoga and Meditation.
Ziggy Razuki is a passionate teacher of Hatha Yoga and a provisional Psychologist who has been immersing in western and eastern philosophy for most of his adult life.
This Bridge School training is a masterful immersive experience that reveals the potency of Hatha Yoga and how to share the practice authentically and skilfully.

Internationally recognised Yoga Alliance certified course
The role of asana in Hatha Yoga, with a focus on exploring unique alignment in poses
Pranayama, the study of prana, vayus and energetic alchemy
Meditation, Mantra, Samyama and consciousness
Physical anatomy & physiology taught by Physiotherapist Irene Ais
Energetic Anatomy, including the chakras, gunas and koshas
History and philosophy of Yoga, including non-dual Vedic and Tantric philosophy and the study of classical texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
Immersion into Vedic rituals of chanting and fire ceremony
Teaching skills shared include theming, sequencing and hands on adjustments and group facilitation with a heavy focus on teaching practice.
