This one day training will explore Yoga as an energetic practice and how we can use our asana, breathwork and meditation to balance, nourish and enliven our whole system.
Expect a day combining advanced tantric practices and detailed lectures exploring prana, the gunas, the 5 vayus and how we can use targeted yoga practice to create harmony and vitality in our system.
This deeper study of embodied energetic anatomy brings our practice to life allowing us to experience how shaping our energy can transform how we breathe, move, think and feel
