Kriya Practices

Kriya’s are distinct from breath work or meditation as Tantric practices that clear and move energy through the system. Often using breath and visualisation, they are potent experiences to practice on their own or as part fo your daily sadhana.

Kapalabhati Kriya

Whilst often thought of as a pranyama technique, Kapalabhati is a Kriya (clearing practice) designed to purify and cleanse the inner space of your body and mind as well as the space around you.

Return to this practice any time you need to clear, cleanse and refresh or add this to your daily sadhana (practice).

Garuda Kriya

This practice is potent for shifting your energy state. It can support clearing your system when you feel anxious or turbulent as well as leaving you feeling more clear and energised at the start of your day or before commencing a task.

Third Eye Kriya

The third eye kriya is a practice to empower your connection to deeper awareness, mental clarity and insight.

This kriya is ideally practiced after before meditation practice but can be used separately to empower your connection to the mid brain

Healing the Heart Kriya

This meditation is designed to release anything that darkens the heart centre.

Clear the heart of sadness, emotional pain and suffering whilst reconnecting to your innate source of joy and positivity.

AUM Kriya

This Kriya uses the mantra AUM to shift our awareness.

AUM represents the different states of waking, dreaming, deep sleep and transcendental consciousness.

Use this Kriya to experience this change in awareness or as preparation for meditation with expansive awareness.
