We are continuously changing and our Yoga practice should adapt with us as what we need evolves.
Often we practice what we like and want we want. In order to support our growth our practice cannot always feel good. It should be orientated towards what we need rather than what we want.
Your practice needs to be consistent to be impactful
The right practice should change you rapidly and consistently.
Practicing regularly will ensure you make continuous progress towards your goals.
Intention and commitment are important to make progress
Yoga is not always about feeling good. The right practice will often challenge you and allow you to face what you need to transform or release.
Creating a clear intention for your practice will ensure that you stay focused and consistent when at times life becomes busy, your practice plateaus or you are distracted.
It is recommended to choose a practice from the video library that supports your current needs and to practice it for 40 days to track your progress and experiences
