When we learn to create the conditions for meditation to occur naturally and ease-fully we experience Yoga as not just a practice but a state of consciousness.

Release and Let Go

Irene will guide you through a kriya practice working with apana vayu - our system’s capacity to release. This practice works on a deeply energetic level to clear stagnation and allow you to release what the body has been carrying and the mind has been holding. Expect to feel clear and renewed.

Still Lake of the Mind

This meditation will guide you into the deep reservoir of of inner calmness and knowing.

A brief calming breath work sequence will prepare you to experience the mind as a vast, still lake.

Meditation on OM

Experience this meditation on the primordial vibration of nature. This practice will explore using this sound in its AUM expression to purify along the spine, leading us to the transcendent experience of OM, pure unbounded silence.

This guided meditation will explore the use of the mantra SO HUM to access a space of deep presence and to experience the potency of meditating on subtle vibrations.

Gayatri Mantra Meditation

This meditation practice uses The Gayatri Mantra to dispel any darkness that clouds our innate inner light. Considered the mother of the Vedas, the Gayatri is one of the 5 unlocked Vedic mantras.

Expect some gentle breath-work, mantra chanting and then some space to meditate in the post mantra experience.

Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra Meditation

The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra (MMM) is a great Vedic mantra is often referred to as 'victory over the great death.'

Chanted to overcome illness, darkness and obstacles the MMM Mantra amplifies our inner light and power.

This meditation can be used on its own to experience this mantra and the mantra can be chanted as part of a japa practice.
